Since last time I posted here, I hardly saw any mushrooms. But the times have changed!

Geastrum triplex

There was a group of about ten. That's a first for me. :-)

A really big clump of Sulphur Tuft.

Green Elfcup is common, you often see the green stains it leaves on rotting logs, but 

fruiting bodies are less common.

Here are a few mushrooms me and my dad found this weekend whilst wondering around Bristol.

Inocybe rimosa 

Split Fibrecap.

Clustered Brittlestem.

Unknown, possibly Brittlegill family.

Isles Of Scilly.

A few weeks back I went to the Isles of Scilly. We went camping in St Agnes, it was a lot of fun!
Here are some of the things we found.

What we saw.

Large White caterpillar.

Three corned garlic. 

Gullemot and Razorbills.

Shag rock.

Grey Puffball.

Sun Spurge.

Hottentot-fig.

Western Ramping-fumitory.

                        (Unique to the Scilly Isles.)

Western Clover.

Grass Eggar Moth caterpillar.

St George's Mushroom

Lousewort.

Petticoat Mottlegill.

Sea Carrot.

Good news! :)

Next week I'm going to be going to the scilly isles! For seven days.
So hopefully I'll see some interesting flowers and birds. :)

Walk back from Keynsham.

We got the train to Keynsham and walked back to our house.
It was a nice walk. :-)

              (looked like Herb Robert but the flower was different).

A walk near Rogiet. (Wood Sorrel and Golden Saxifrage found in Leigh Woods.)

Small Tortoiseshell.

Earth Hour.

It's Earth Hour today! (Saturday the 31 of March).
This means you should turn off all your lights, switch off you computer, cooker and hob off..basically don't use anything which uses electricity.
Earth Hour happens in-between 8 and 9pm.

I have not posted anything for a while but THINGS will change!
