Leigh Woods.

It was raining a lot but it didn't stop us from having a wander.

here are the things that we saw.

also my dad saw a Deer and I spotted a Fox and we saw a Tree creeper,

didn't get pics of these. :-(

We found 2 Geocaches on the way to Leigh Woods.

Yellow Flag/Yellow Iris.

It is the most common iris but it is one my favourite.

Common Spotted Orchid, they were everywhere!!

Graveyard

Have not managed to get out much recently but last week
we went to the graveyard.
We see Green and Greater Spotted Woodpeckers in the graveyard
and a lot of Magpies and Song Thrushes.

Deer droppings! that means deer!!

I did know that deer have been seen around our area
but did not think that they would come to the graveyard next to us.

Mendips.

We went to the Mendips for a walk and here is what we found.

Bluebells.

not one of those smaller Beeches.

Early Purple Orchid! haven't seen one of these since 2009!

Common Birds-foot-trefoil and some sort of Speedwell at the side.
