My friends and I went to take part in a river clean up, in Caerphilly South Wales.We wore gloves and used litter pickers to collect the rubbish.We found part of a highchair,part of a freezer,lumps of concrete,bits of metal and wood and lots of plastic.It was good fun to do, but it is a shame that there was so much rubbish in there.We found Caddis fly larvae (which Dippers like to eat),they make their own shells from sand and dirt.There was a lot of life in the river and this means it is a healthy river.
